You can book in three ways: using the online booking form, via WhatsApp at +54 9 2901 565340 (we reply within 1 hour), or by email. Booking direct saves you the Airbnb commission (12-16% of the total).
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance during low season and 60 to 90 days for high season (December-March and July-August). Ushuaia has high demand during those periods.

The minimum stay is 2 nights throughout the year. In high season and/or discount promotions, a minimum of 3 to 5 nights may apply.

Yes, you can reserve two or all three units simultaneously. The process will be for each unit from the online reservation form.

Yes. The system automatically syncs with Airbnb and Booking.com via iCal every 15 minutes, so availability is always up to date.

Yes, if the unit is available you can make a last minute reservation. Contact us by WhatsApp at +54 9 2901 565340 to coordinate entry.

We accept: surcharge.
  • OpenPay — a small surcharge may apply, with this option there are usually promotions with the Bank's credit card BBVA.
  • When making the reservation through our website, the system is configured with different processes depending on the selected payment method.

    1) Bank Transfer: once the reservation is completed, you will receive an automatic email (check spam or junk mail) with the instructions and bank details. Once the transfer has been made, you will have to notify the host by WhatsApp to +54 9 2901 565340 so that it can confirm the reservation.

    2) If you select OpenPay or MercadoPago it will take you to the payment gateway of each entity, at the end of this process you will return to our page with the confirmation of the reservation.


    IMPORTANT: All reservations that do not receive confirmation in 24 hours are canceled and the dates are free, if this happens you must contact WhatsApp at +54 9 2901 565340 or carry out the reservation process again.

    No, we do not charge a separate security deposit. We trust our guests, backed by 6+ years of experience.
    Prices shown are final and include all taxes. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges.

    Yes, as a monotributista the only invoice I can issue is Invoice C. It will be generated automatically when paying for the reservation and you will receive an email with the attached .pdf of the invoice. It will be in the name of the 1st guest registered in the reservation as the final consumer. We do not issue invoice "B" or invoice "A"

    1. Amaneceres Fueguinos: Complete house of 200 m² for up to 8 people. 3 rooms + library, indoor grill, 2 floors, view of the Beagle Channel and the city from the 1st floor.
    2. Pánaxa Fueguina: 65 m² apartment for up to 5 people on the 1st floor. 2 rooms, panoramic view of the Beagle Channel and the City.
    3. Taniri Fueguino: Intimate 35 m² apartment on the ground floor for up to 2 people.

    Absolutely. All units have gas heaters in all rooms. You arrive cold from trekking and in minutes you are in a t-shirt.

    Yes, all units include full linens and bath towels and face towels for all guests. You don't need to bring anything in that sense.

    Totally. Each kitchen includes a gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, complete dishes for the maximum number of guests and all utensils. There is tea, coffee and some welcome basics. Amaneceres also has an indoor grill.

    Yes, we have free StarLink Wi-Fi in all units and in all rooms through repeaters. Always functional but sometimes the speed is usually affected by unfavorable weather conditions.

    At Amaneceres Fueguinos, Bedroom 3 has the option of Queen or 2 Singles. At Pánaxa, both bedrooms have Queen or 2 Singles option. At Taniri, the bedroom has Queen or 2 Singles option. Let us know your preference when booking.

    Yes, there is free parking available on the street in front of the property and we have private parking which must be reserved at the time of making the reservation on the form (there is only one space available among the 3 units).

    We are flexible with times when the unit is available — ask us in advance.
    Units have key or personal code access, which we send you securely before arrival. You can arrive at any time of day or night.

    The airport is just 4 km and 10 minutes by car. Options: taxi from the official airport stop, private transfer, Uber, or rental car (once the reservation is completed, if you selected that you want a vehicle, you will receive the information by email to reserve it).

    Ushuaia has a bus service that connects the neighborhood with the entire city. The hosts inform you of the best options according to your itinerary.

    No problem. The code access system works 24/7, 365 days a year. Dario is available on WhatsApp for any questions.
    • Summer (Dec-Mar): up to 18 hours of daylight, trekking, sailing, 8-15°C. High season.
    • Autumn (Apr-May): spectacular colors of the Fuegian forest, fewer tourists, low prices.
    • Winter (Jun-Sep): snow, skiing at Cerro Castor, southern lights, intimate atmosphere.
    • Spring (Oct-Nov): excellent trekking, flora blooming, moderate prices.
    The climate is cool year-round.

    Yes. The aurora australis is visible mainly between May and August on clear nights with high solar activity. There's no guarantee — it depends on weather conditions and the Kp index. We recommend checking apps like SpaceWeatherLive.

    Yes. El Calafate is a 1-hour flight away and offers the Perito Moreno Glacier. Torres del Paine (Chile) is about 4-5 hours by car/bus. A very popular circuit: Buenos Aires → Ushuaia → Calafate → Torres del Paine.
    For international guests: most shops accept cards and Argentine pesos. We recommend arriving with pesos or exchanging upon arrival. Your hosts will guide you on the best exchange options.

    Lo más práctico es en avión: hay vuelos directos diarios desde Buenos Aires (Aeroparque y Ezeiza) al Aeropuerto Internacional Malvinas Argentinas, de unas 3h 30m. También hay frecuencias desde El Calafate y Córdoba. Por tierra es posible pero largo (cruza a Chile y el Estrecho de Magallanes). Desde el aeropuerto, Tu Casa está a solo 10 minutos.

    Con 3 a 4 días completos hacés lo esencial: Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego, navegación por el Canal Beagle, Tren del Fin del Mundo y el centro. Si querés sumar trekkings (Laguna Esmeralda, Glaciar Martial), pingüinos en Isla Martillo o esquí en invierno, mejor 5 o 6 días.

    Siempre abrigo en capas, incluso en verano: campera rompeviento e impermeable, buzo polar, gorro y guantes. Calzado cómodo e impermeable para los senderos. El clima cambia rápido durante el día, así que lo ideal es poder ponerse y sacarse capas según el momento.

    Sí. Cerro Castor es el centro de esquí más austral del mundo, a unos 26 km de la ciudad, con temporada de junio a octubre: pistas para todos los niveles, alquiler de equipos y escuela. En invierno también se hacen caminatas con raquetas de nieve y paseos en trineo tirado por perros.

    Es uno de los paseos imperdibles. En catamarán salís desde el puerto y navegás entre islas con lobos marinos, cormoranes y el icónico Faro Les Éclaireurs (el "faro del fin del mundo"). Algunas excursiones suman una caminata por la Isla Bridges o llegan hasta la pingüinera. Dura entre 2h 30m y 4h.

    Sí, de octubre a marzo hay colonias de pingüinos magallánicos (y algunos papúa) en la Isla Martillo, frente a la Estancia Harberton. Se visitan en navegación; algunas excursiones permiten caminar entre ellos con cupos muy limitados, así que conviene reservar con anticipación.

    Totalmente. Es el único parque nacional argentino con costa marítima, a 12 km de la ciudad. Tiene senderos para todos los niveles entre bosques de lenga, castores, lagos y el Canal Beagle, además del final de la Ruta Nacional 3 ("acá termina la ruta"). Se llega en auto, en excursión o con el Tren del Fin del Mundo.

    Es el ferrocarril más austral del planeta. Recorre la antigua traza por la que los presos del penal iban a buscar leña, hoy un trayecto turístico entre bosque, turbales y cascadas que entra al Parque Nacional. Dura unas 2 horas ida y vuelta; un clásico, sobre todo si viajás con chicos.

    Sí, hay caminatas para todos los niveles. La más famosa es la Laguna Esmeralda, una laguna glaciar turquesa (~8 km ida y vuelta). También el Glaciar Martial, con vistas a la ciudad, y varios senderos dentro del Parque Nacional. Para las más exigentes conviene ir con guía y revisar siempre el pronóstico.

    No es imprescindible. Muchas atracciones se hacen con excursiones que te pasan a buscar, y hay taxis, remises y colectivos. Pero si te gusta moverte a tu ritmo (Parque Nacional, Lago Escondido, Cerro Castor), un auto te da libertad. Como anfitriones te ayudamos a coordinar la opción que mejor te quede.

    Sí, Ushuaia es una ciudad tranquila y segura para el turismo, de día y de noche. Como en cualquier lugar, cuidá tus pertenencias. Lo que más atención requiere es el clima: avisá siempre a alguien si salís a senderos largos y mirá el pronóstico antes.

    Sí, Ushuaia es el principal puerto de salida de cruceros a la Antártida (temporada de noviembre a marzo). Son viajes de varios días que se reservan aparte y con bastante anticipación. Si no llegás a un crucero, también hay sobrevuelos y excursiones más cortas para tener una probada del continente blanco.

    ¡Hay plan igual! El Museo del Fin del Mundo y el Museo Marítimo y del Presidio son excelentes, además de cafés, chocolaterías y restaurantes de centolla y cordero. Y muchas veces el clima cambia en pocas horas, así que vale la pena tener algo de flexibilidad en la agenda.

    Yes, with at least 14 days' notice you can change dates at no extra cost, subject to availability. With less notice, we evaluate case by case.
    Especially for guests traveling from abroad. We recommend coverage that includes: trip cancellation, medical assistance and luggage loss. Direct flights can be affected by weather conditions.
