1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking at Tu Casa En El Fin Del Mundo, the guest accepts these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you should refrain from booking.
2. Service Description
Tu Casa En El Fin Del Mundo offers tourist accommodation in three units located at Cabo de Hornos 4009, Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina:
- Amaneceres Fueguinos — Full house, capacity 8 guests
- Pánaxa Fueguina — 1st floor apartment, capacity 5 guests
- Taniri Fueguino — Ground floor apartment, capacity 2 guests
3. Booking Process
The booking is confirmed once the corresponding payment is received. Until then, dates are not guaranteed and may be taken by another guest. The booking number generated by the system serves as proof of the transaction.
4. Rates, Dynamic Pricing and Payments
Published rates are in Argentine pesos (ARS) and may vary by season, occupancy, number of guests, and payment method. Our system uses dynamic pricing algorithms (Revenue Management) that adjust rates based on demand and availability, similar to the model used by airlines and hospitality platforms. This means the nightly rate may change from one day to the next. However, the price shown at the time of booking is the final price and will not be modified once the reservation is confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, Mercado Pago, OpenPay, and others indicated at the time of booking. Prices may include surcharges depending on the payment method selected.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with the host.
6. Maximum Capacity
Exceeding the maximum capacity of each unit is strictly prohibited. Undeclared additional guests may result in extra charges or early termination of the stay without refund.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed in any of the units, unless expressly agreed in writing with the host before booking.
8. Guest Responsibilities
The guest agrees to: take care of the accommodation and its facilities, avoid noise disturbance between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, not organize events or parties without prior authorization, leave the premises in similar condition as found, and immediately report any damage to the host.
9. Host Responsibility
The host guarantees that the accommodation will be delivered in optimal cleanliness and working condition. In case of serious issues preventing the stay, the host commits to offering an alternative solution or corresponding refund.
10. Guest Rights and Transparency
In accordance with Argentine National Tourism Law 25.997 and Consumer Protection Law 24.240, the guest has the right to:
- Receive clear, truthful, and detailed information about the accommodation conditions, rates, and included services before confirming the booking.
- Know the total and final price before making the payment, including any surcharges for payment method.
- Be informed about the use of dynamic pricing systems and how they affect the rate (see section 4).
- Exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion of personal data under Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
- File complaints with the Tierra del Fuego Tourism Department or the corresponding Consumer Protection agency.
Tu Casa En El Fin Del Mundo is committed to transparency and good faith in all its operations. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website and will not affect already confirmed bookings.
